Choosing a therapist
Choose a therapist that suits your preferences and availability.
A funding plan can last anywhere from a few months to several years and can include various funding lines to support you to reach your personal goals.
To manage your plan and funding for an extended period, it’s important to keep track of where you’re allocating funds to
ensure your funding covers you for the length of the plan.

Privately funded services
Sessions can be paid privately, without a GP referral. Rebates may be available through your private health insurer.
We’ll provide transparent pricing upfront and guide you through claiming any available private health rebates.
If you would like to see a psychologist, a good option is to ask your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). With a Mental Health Care Plan you will receive 10 rebated sessions with a psychologist. The rebate is up to $98 per session.
