As a courtesy, Therapy Connect will send you an email reminder of your confirmed appointment two business days prior to your appointment. The email will contain the link to your practitioner’s videoconference room. We can also arrange to send an SMS reminder if required. We take all care to remind you of your appointment, but the responsibility is yours to attend or to cancel within the cancellation period.
Cancellation Policy and Missed Appointment Fee
Notice is required by 12.00 noon (AEST) the business day prior to the appointment for cancellations, including for sessions delivered in a school setting. A late fee will be charged for cancellations with notice given after this time or for non-attendance without notice. This fee will be outlined on your service agreement.
