Natalie is the COO at Kinela. She graduated from the University of Sydney with Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degrees, before starting her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. After completing her Masters of Business Administration at Columbia University, New York, Natalie spent several years advising private equity funds on transactions and portfolio strategy in San Francisco, before moving back to Australia.  In Australia she has taken on operational leadership roles at Uber and a venture-backed tech start-up, before joining Kinela at the beginning of 2022. Natalie brings a strategic and data-driven approach to business operations, balanced with a warm and empathetic leadership style.
