Our Clients

Our client community is not based in one location; it is dispersed, with clients living across all states and territories of Australia. Distance is no barrier when you access services online via telehealth, so a client might be in a major city like Sydney or on an island off the Northern Territory. Most of the clients we work with are NDIS participants from rural or regional areas, with a significant number living in remote or very remote areas with limited access to allied health services.  We deliver services in people’s homes, schools, childcare and preschool and work with individuals, carers, families, teachers, aides and support workers.

Our clients seek services via telehealth for a range of reasons such as reducing the time and cost to get to appointments, increasing the access and frequency of one or more services or just because they find it more convenient for family or other reasons. 

Benefits of a Flexible, Work from Home Role with Therapy Connect

Therapy Connect has no head office, in fact no office at all. All of our practitioners work remotely from their home based offices at various locations.  Our practitioner team is located all over Australia from the Torres Strait in the north, through the eastern states and across the south to include SA and WA. 

The Therapy Connect model supports practitioners selecting their work hours and structuring their working days to suit other life commitments. Practitioners can work full days or part days across the week.

Therapy Connect provides practitioners with training and access to digital resources so that high quality and evidence based practice can be delivered. The training is tailored 1:1 to cover, among other topics, best practice guidelines in telehealth, technology applications and equipment needed for sessions as well as resources and tools to support service delivery. As our practitioners progress in their telehealth skills, we continue to support adoption of new techniques and skills to facilitate quality clinical service delivery.

We offer professional development, mentoring and team connection opportunities in a variety of formats to promote access and participation. 

A technology allowance is paid  for employees. 

We are Recruiting

We are seeking Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists with exceptional clinical skills who are willing to adapt a range of clinical assessments and interventions to online service delivery for our clients of all ages. We are registered with the NDIS to provide Therapeutic and Early Childhood Early Intervention Supports and we encourage applicants with a special interest in paediatrics.
