PODCAST SERIES: Surviving home isolation through COVID-19 with the whole family

With all of us juggling roles around parenting, educating from home, working from home and managing additional stress of home isolation we have a free resource that may help. We have recorded a podcast on a series of topics with our expert therapy team.   • Screen time is addictive for some children. Sometimes it can impact behavior negatively. 
  • Strategies such as timers, rewards, and incentives can be used to restrict screen time. Make sure your child has an exit plan.
  • Build a healthy overall daily routine.

Moderation and balance is the key. Your child may benefit from a specialised plan.
